Jenny focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
She represents prospective purchasers and property owners in all aspects of acquisitions, sales and refinances. Jenny regularly resolves title matters, drafts and negotiates contracts and transfer documents, and coordinates all aspects of real estate transactions through closing. She enjoys the customer service aspect of her work, regularly communicating with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the real estate process to maintain open lines of communication and ease of access.
Prior to attending law school at Syracuse University College of Law, Jenny worked as a residential real estate paralegal for Morgenstern DeVoesick, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career as an attorney. While attending law school, Jenny worked as a Legal Intern to the General Counsel for a commercial real estate company in Syracuse, New York, served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Women Law Students Association, worked as a student attorney for the Transactional Law Clinic, worked as an Academic Success Fellow, and maintained part-time employment with Morgenstern DeVoesick.
Jenny was raised in Albion, New York and received her undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and exploring her new home, the Village of Fairport, with her significant other and their dog, Theo.
