Jason Dionisio is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses at the state and federal court level, in addition to providing statutory and regulatory compliance guidance to his clients.
Jason represents clients in a multitude of industries, with experience in contract law, business disputes, state and federal regulatory compliance, and debt collection. Jason represents a wide range of clients in lawsuits as both plaintiffs and defendants. He counsels clients through all stages of litigation, including drafting complaints and answers, coordinating discovery process, drafting and arguing motions, drafting and arguing appeals, and successfully negotiating favorable outcomes for clients. He is also experienced in providing guidance to clients on proposed and adopted state and federal legislation and regulations to streamline processes and procedures while ensuring compliance.
Jason graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of Outside Articles and Staff writer for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. Before law school, Jason graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in History. He and his fiancée, Laura, live in the Browncroft neighborhood of Rochester with their two dogs, Pepe and Lia. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and cooking.
