She works closely with clients and their advisors to prepare both basic estate planning documents, such as wills, health care proxies, and power of attorney documents, as well as more complicated trusts, including special needs trusts. She prepares clients and their families to submit Medicaid applications to enter long-term care nursing homes, as well as strategizing and implementing a variety of Medicaid planning techniques to preserve assets for their loved ones.
Christine represents clients who are faced with administering an estate. She helps fiduciaries understand their responsibilities and advises them as they navigate their role as Administrator or Executor from the issuance of Letters from the Surrogate’s Court granting them the authority to serve to the final accounting and closure of the Estate.
Christine also practices residential and commercial real estate. She facilitates all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting contracts, preparing all necessary transfer documents, resolving title disputes, and coordinating closings. She works directly with clients, other attorneys, and title companies to ensure that navigating the transaction is successful from attorney approvals to closing.
