Chrissy is a litigation associate with Morgenstern DeVoesick. Chrissy represents individuals and businesses in commercial and real estate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Chrissy worked as a litigation associate defending businesses and individuals in professional and general negligence matters from commencement through trial in both State and Federal Court. She gained experience in drafting pleadings, motions and appeals, taking and defending depositions and appearing for court conferences, oral arguments and mediations
Chrissy has been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Stars list annually since 2022.
Chrissy graduated magna cum laude with her B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and thereafter graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Chrissy completed an externship with the New York State Court of Appeals.
Chrissy is admitted to practice in New York State and the Northern District of New York.
A native of Rochester, Chrissy currently lives in Canandaigua with her husband, Max, and her horse, Paul. In her spare time, Chrissy enjoys running marathons, hiking in the Adirondacks and watching the New York Yankees.
